The last two times we've been out one of our Revolutions has taken on water and we suspect a crack in the hull. However, if there is one we can't see it. We've inspected around the drive port and, finding nothing, have examined the rest of the bottom. There are a bunch of scratches from oyster beds which probably makes ID difficult. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Also, from what I'm seeing a good repair would be hard to pull off. We're way beyond warranty. So are we looking at duct tape?

very helpful, thanks.

Before soaping my boat up, I found this apparent crack on the starboard drive cam. If this could be the problem, I'm thinking that I could to seal it by putting a rubber washer under the cam, with an intervening metal washer to allow the cam to turn properly.

That could be it. Search DP8010 in the forums for possible cam column repair idea.

Great, thanks! I'll give the DP8010 a try.
