Interesting Article - 200 miles in an Outback

I do not know the person in this story or if they are on this forum but found it an interesting read. He traveled 200 miles in 10 days / 110 hours. But later says he traveled over 50 miles on one day with favorable sailing conditions. That would make his average speed for the other 9 days about 1.5mph.
