You can get any studs you want, or make your own by cutting off an allen. I would discourage using bolts instead of studs as the wings are much easier to install with studs. I have found that I don't want wings on the boat all the time, you may not either. Also a stud saves the threads on your slugs if you try to uni-stall and re-install the wings several times.

I made my own studs from a stainless bolt. Cut the head of the bolt off so you have all threads with the the proper length. Take a hack saw or moto tool and cut across the end of the stud. You just made your own screwdriver slot to turn the stud into the slug. Quick and inexpensive.
