Would anyone have the dimensions for the mast head sheave? I've been looking around the forum, but what I've found states that it should be just short of 5 inches. This looks like it's too large for the mast head on my boat.

I don’t know the exact dimension, but definitely not 5”. Probably closer to 1” diameter. It would be the same size as the halyard sheave at the bottom of the mast.
