I am looking for a casting cover for the starboard end cap of an H-18 with the nylon screw if possible. I need it in clear, not anodized black. This is the small cover over the spot where a wing might be attached. I also need a bearing set for the main traveler. The H-18 is a 1981 model, and the new bearing sets are too big. The set includes a nylon/plastic ball and a nylon/plastic cylinder - I need the ball the most. Please email me at [email protected] if you have any of these parts you are willing to sell. Thanks, Karen

Hi how are you
The new traveller ball will fit you just may have to unbolt the traveller car when you put it in the track or at least loosen them some times you may just have to tap it into the track and use plenty of lube i like silicon spray it seems to work the best for doing it dont be shy to give the traveller car a whack but you will find that once in the beam it will work no worries its just getting in and out of the beam you will have issues.. its a good thing that it seems tight means your track has not seen much wear... Another option is use two balls no cylinder that works but does have the chance of wearing out when it wears a lil...

Hey Karen,

I did look for one after you called. I only found one faded out black casting cap - no clear ones.

Sorry,
Brian

I purchased his bearings and compaired them to the one new OEM that I had. Exellent quality and size. Perfect reproduction!
