Any tips or better yet, a link on the type of styrene? Seems like there are several types out there.

I've scrounged it from various sources .... but it is used alot as a packaging protection material for shipping in the 1/8"-1/2" thicknesses

Wrestling matts (at gyms) usually have two layers of 1" material inside has been my experience

Maybe a supplier for furniture fillers like foam/padding/stuffing ...
