After a race I beached behind a tiger and only afterwards it hit me with what I had seen. May be old or new news to someone

The downhaul was attached to the crews trapeze, very clever. Mine was attached to sidestay, an issue when on trapeze - simple solution.

The spinnaker cleat was on the mast instead of crossbar, ideal because easier to stand than kneel. Plus the downhaul/uphaul ran through 4 pulleys in a square around the tramp. No lockup when pulling spin down.

Ideal mods to be done.

The down haul to the trap is pretty standard in the tiger.
The mast mounted spin halyard is now a standard. standing while raising is alot faster, and no rotational pressure from the x-bar that way.
The down haul / uphaul sound interesting. Mine is through 1 pulley in front and 1 in back.
