Gonna try and relace my tramp with newer line this weekend and noticed Annapolis Performance Sailing had a pretty big selection of line on their sale-rack. What brand and type does everyone use for lacing? I'm assuming some type of low stretch but more details would be greatly appreciated!

Tramp lace can be 3/16 - 1/4. Stock is 1/4". Get something with a slick outer cover and soft (bends) enough to make the tight turns through grommets. Too stiff and it won't bend. It will then take a set only when loaded / sailing... getting looser. Then its really hard to pull tighter with these "kinks" at each grommet.

Our description of the right type of line is "Pre Stretched Polyester" it has a shiny cover and a somewhat loose weave.
