I am searching for the compression plates that the rotation bar attaches to. I'd like to complete a Hobie 14 rotator project and need the plates. If you only have one, I can purchase then fabricate my own. Thanks for looking in your parts boxes!

Bob

I don’t have any spares, but measured one of the plates on my mast if you want to try to make a custom set. Dimensions below are approximate, but I don’t think this needs to be exact, as these are essentially just a wear plate on the 14 to prevent the rotator bolt from wearing into the mast.

Stainless sheet is 0.090 thick (11 gauge). The shape of the plate is an assymetrical diamond, with the side vertices closer to the bottom of the diamond. Overall width is 2”. Overall height is 2-3/4”. Side vertices and rotator bolt hole is 1-1/8” up from the bottom of the plate.
