Transporting the Hobie Eclipse. Trailer or what?

I Have a Sebring convertible, and a Triumph Scrambler motorcycle that I use to tow my Hobie Tandem Island. Short of putting the Eclipse on top of the TI, what are my other options for transporting an eclipse. Does anyone trailer it? Should I just put it in the convertible with the top down sticking way up? Wont the wind speed at 50-60mph damage it in the car? Need some insight.

Why don't you just rig up a set of J hooks for a SUP on the trailer?

I didn't think of that, That's what I am looking for. engineering ideas. Also, have to figure out how to carry it on the Russian Ural motorcycle with a sidecar.

Doesn't the side car have a luggage rack? Would a SUP holder meant for a roof rack fit on the luggage rack?

possibly, however the angle will point it up, and then that creates a lift issue on the sidecar. I could fly the chair without trying...

I got a set of " TopTier™ Load Bar Kit " for my small utility trailer. Makes loading easy, and can carry extra beach or camping gear.

Added some 'pool noodles', for padding, and a couple tie-down straps..... travels well.
