I'm designing a rear rack on my Baja bug to hold the oem wheel cart to roll the compass up on top of the roof rack. As with loading/unloading from my pick up bed the rudder, up in the transport position , drags in the dirt , sand or rocks obviously causing damage.
Can someone offer suggestions to protect the rudder? I would like to have something that would actually to attach to the boat but i don't want to drill any holes, so that's not really an option.
I really like the new designs where the rudders pull up out of harms way.
