What I am doing is this. Around every Labor Day some very good friends and i go up to NW Ontario (around Ignace) and catch more Northern Pike and Walleye than we can handle.. It is a AWESOME time.. We are up for about a week...

And every year I look out at those big ole nice clear lakes and the flat ground for miles... It seems like the perfect place to go sailing.. Since.. what the heck.. in the afternoon darn near everyday it seems like we are looking for a cove or some protection from the wind to continue fishing.. I am getting tired of having to hide from the wind

Now.. The simple thing to do here is throw a windsurfer in the trailer and do that.. But I think the group would enjoy a Cat MUCH more (once it is up there)

To get there we typically pack a Van with guys and fill a enclosed trailer (u haul) with our gear.. And drive about 18-20 hours from Kansas City.

Now I could get creative and disassemble one of my two H16's and figure out some creative way to haul it?

Or... Any sailors in the area want to join us? Rent a boat? heck.. sell a boat? I have a extra 16 :D at the moment that would be perfect.. but hauling it seems like a pain.. but.. I will if I have to... Anybody know what if any "problems" we will run into taking my boat into Canada? What issues might we have if we forget to bring most of it home?
