Hello HC's
in close future i want to change the sails on my hc16. Right now i own myself a nice pair of 1973 #10 Light Blue/Dark Blue Sails. I know that the battens are grinded, and someone told me that this could be a problem with newer sails.
So has anyone here some experiences for me?
Keep the old battens, buy new ones. What can happen to my sails ...

Thank you for any hint.

Seb

Hello Jman,

my dealer told me that the older battens are something like "smoothed", but i can tell no difference because i have never seen newer battens. Maybe they just want to offer me a set of new battens
