at the top of this page, click on "Support"
on the left column, under "Product Support", click on "Sailboats"
in the "REPAIR" section, click on "Rudders - Cams / Rake / Alignment"

In there, you will find the instructions and also a link to the template.

Before you print it make sure you turn off all scaling in your printer properties. It usually says something like "shrink to print" or "fit to page". After you print it measure the two dimensions for accuracy. Also try to find some heavy bond to print it on.
