hi there...
i have noticed that my dolphin striker is slack and move free when i grab and shake it.
can someone explain me the procedure to adjust it?

There are no Hobie official hull toe-in specifications to my knowledge.

I think the official Hobie instructions are to tension the tension rod so that there is no slack and then turn each nut a few full rotations more. From an engineering perspective you want enought tension in the tension rod that the tension rod stays in tension through most waves and rough water.
