I got this glue for reinstalling comptip from local sailing store. They ordered from Hobie (I think) but it came with no instructions and local store wasn't much help anyone used this before? I am not putting a new tip on just needed to seal mast better and put old tip back on.

There is a plastic divider on the package that keeps the two parts of the epoxy separated. When you're ready to use the epoxy, slide off the plastic divider and kneed the two parts of the epoxy together really well. Then cut off a corner of the epoxy package and squirt out the epoxy onto your comptip. Use a plastic spreader to coat the tip and then insert into the mast. It's a good idea to do a dry run on the fit up before you commit to using the epoxy. Sometimes the comptip needs to be sanded down a little to fit in the mast.

And you are going to want the space (5-10 thousandths) for the epoxy.

Set the mast on sawhorses or something to keep it aligned while setting up. I'd guess 45 minutes for partial cure and 24 hours before I'd move it or sail.
