I am re-drilling a set of rudders to the new pattern that EPO3's are coming with on new boats. My question is about the rubber stoppers that come glued to the new rudders. I assume that they are made from the same rubber as the side rail neoprene. Is this true? Also, what glue is best for gluing the rubber to the rudders. Contact cement is used for the side rails but I wonder if it is strong enough for the application.

cheers
Bill
