Another question. Is the cam cleat to adjust the traveler position a micro cleat (e.g. harken 338 or 423) or a standard size like the 365 or 150? In the pictures it appears smaller. Unlike the main traveler I doubt there is very much tension on this line. I have extra nearly new 365 cleats which I could use if needed but in the pictures the cams appear to be smaller.

Also it was mentioned here and by a dealer to use a 1/4 bungee. However I was also told to feed it through the small opening in the lower part of the traveler car just above the bearings (see my previous picture comparing the old and new traveler cars. I actually purchased a 1/4 bungee from the dealer and there is no way on earth it would fit. Maybe a 1/8 or 3/16 could fit but it also has to make a 90 degree turn to exit the car. I am going to pick up smaller diameter bungee locally but if not of sufficient strength may just attach the 1/4 inch to the end of the jib sheet as mentioned previously.

I still have not made up my mind on disassembling the front crossbar or modifying the track to get the car in. The dealer I spoke with stated that if he had to do it he would grind down the lip on the track until the car fit. He also stated that on the 2008 H16 he had, the crossbar came assembled with the car already in place. After he unsuccessfully tried to insert a new car in the track he guessed that at the factory they slid in the cars from the outside.

The stock cleat is the Ronstan equivalent of the Harken Micro cleat.

If you can't get the bungee through, tie a small loop of line through the holes, then attach the bungee to the loop.
