Inspecting the pulley for the main halyard(large plastic wheel inside of cast aluminum housing at top of mast), I discovered it is frozen. Apparently for quite some time, the cable has just been gliding over the wheel when raising and lowering the sail. I wd40ed it, let it sit over night, but it's still stuck. Should I bother trying higher quality penetrating oil, or just bite the bullet and get out the drill? It's probably flat spotted anyway

Are there bearings in there or just a shaft? Thanks for the help...
