I'm with Matt - the worst day sailing. . .
Light winds allowed me and my crew to screw around on the boat. Tie a line to the stern and route it under the tramp. Then take the line and jump off the bow between the hulls as the boat is moving then try grabbing the dolphin striker or tramp lacing. If you miss, then just mess around as the boat drags you through the water. Test your balance on the bow. Sail the boat from the water by taking the main sheet while your crew has the tiller - we managed to fly a hull doing this, of course my crew was lee side, and the hull wasn't out for long before he scrambled windward.
It's not the boat's fault if you can't have fun on it.
Keep your spunky monkey funky.
hahaha yea i guess...we had a good day out today tho....it was great winds to go out, and just chill....we did a few capsizes for fun, to justify washing the sails down....oh and we took a wake board, threw it onto the side, and basically got my crew to hook on to the trapeze wire (i untied it from the shock cord....) and trailered him on his knees on the side....great fun....
how do u guys get ur kicks in no wind (id like to learn this off-the-boat sailing!)
