It's not the same block. It has a becket (the thing you tie a line to at the top), which kind of kills the whole low-profile thing. The real low profile blocks use an eyestrap attached to the top of the cleat bolts (see the Harken 194 shown above).
Of course, you could just cut the becket off and add the eyestrap. I've done it before.
