Hey Matt, dad bought the same grocery-getter chevy back in '81 or so. Ours a flat, pale green. 350/4 barrel. Like a beamy, super-charged shermin tank. He would stuff a 14' Sea Crest (Sears) creek boat INSIDE of it on the weekends before springing for a trailer.
And if I was lucky, I was allowed to drive it on the weekends.
Ahhh, good times...
