Well, I see a lot of mast tip there, and not enough downhaul for the wind, so it's worth checking. My comptip mast has the sail within an inch of the end of the track when the slug engages.

I agree, the main does not look like it is fully hoisted.

A lot of things are wrong with the sail in that picture.
