He is a witch!!!!

(Points to skipper...)

(Crowd of fellow Hobie Sailors)..

YES A WITCH!!!

How do you know (Protest chairman)

(Someone in crowd)

He is wearing a rubber suit, and something with a hook on it..

(Skipper)
This is a wetsuit, and this is a trapeeze harness.. You guys put this on me!

Crowd

Yes see WITCH WITCH WITCH!

Judge. Well there is only one way to tell for certain.. (Throw him in the lake, if he sinks he is clearly not a witch... if he floats he is a witch, and we shall burn him on the BBQ..)

(Skipper)
But I'm wearing a life jacket!

plus, Judy has never seen it  so she doesn't understand why I am sitting at the computer chuckling while reading a Sailing Forum.
