I didn't see a new member thread so sorry...

Anyways, I just bought an old Hobie 16 yesterday for $300

Sails are OK, hulls are fairly battered but they don't leak. Tramp has a hole in it but the boat is sail able and moves along pretty well.

Right now I'm in the process of trying to file for a lost title for it, it hasn't been registered here in TX since 2001

anyways, hello.

hey,

Are you planning on restoring the boat? A sailable boat for 300 bucks sounds great. New tramps arn't to bad to come by and there are a couple of feeds on here that debait after market tramps and hobie tramps. If you have any questions just ask im sure mat miller (mmiller) or someone else will be able to answer it.

Congrats on your purchase! as for trampolines, I got one from one of the ebay company's for 150$ (was some kinda sale), and it has worked great for the last 2 years.
