I don't fully understand your question and assume that most others didn't either, so let's try to clarify the question.
Wings on front of hulls? I think you mean anti pitchpole hydro foils part # 30110. They run $116 new.
"Wings" generally refer to the bench like seats on the port and stbd sides that you sit on.
Upright kit? Are you referring to the Upright Solo kit that extends the shrouds for righting? New, they are $126
The float kits are around $110 for a 16.
