I think that these are old jib sheet blocks, they look like they are in good order. Can anyone identify them and how they were rigged? Thanks.

They are old jib traveller cars.

The plastic has seen extensive UV degredation and I'd be concerned they might be brittle and break off in the track. Those cleats must be well-lubricated, or they're a pain to use. Even then, they aren't very easy to cleat/uncleat.

They rig just like any other traveller car system. They go in the tracks, angled toward the center of the boat. A bungee cord goes between them (tied off in the little holes) to hold them up to center. A control line goes from the opposite hole in the plate, out to the corner casting, around a block and over to the other side of the boat. The two control lines criss-cross in the center of the trampoline.

The sheet ties to the third hole (opposite the cleat), goes through the block on the jib and back to the cleat, then across to the other side and reeved similarly so that the jib sheet is a continuous loop.
