New to the hobie 16 but not new to sailing. I have owned a venture magregor 25 for 5 years now. Like the sailling but wanted something a little faster and wetter plus the Hobie was on craigs list for free. so I said what the hay lets go fly a hull.any way my question is why does the mast pivit. My magregors mast is stationary. and could sombody show a pic of the back of there Hobie mine was in pieces when I got it and I think I have the hulls on wrong. you could say I have my shoes on the wrong feet. if you get my drift. Thanks.

The mast rotates for aerodynamic reasons. The hulls should be installed with the flat sides to the outside and the rounded sides to the inside.
