I've just recently exchanged both hulls on a Hobie 16. But when the tramp frame was reattached, one corner casting is near impossible to mount on it's pylon, and the other three had missalligned holes. I really don't want to go back to the old hulls. Can I simply bore new (maybe bigger) holes through both pylon and casting and be done with bigger bolts (or maybe washers)? Or is there a better way?
I suspect that the older hulls are some 5-6 yrs older than the '82 hulls I'm converting to. Did Hobie change the hole pattern over the years? Aside from a tramp adjustment, any ideas on how I can get the holes to line up? Thanks, in advance.
Ralph

If the tramp is still in the frame I would remove the tramp, attach the frame then reinstall the tramp.
