My boat which is a light blue hulled '77 with the #10 Blue/lt. Blue sails has the following markings on the bow of each Hull:

Calypso
Barbados W. I.

Was wondering if this is an original Hobie marking to do with the color/model ?

Would not be from Hobie Cat. I suspect it is registration related for use on the island.
