I recently bought an H16 but it has no trapeze. I see lots of parts for the trap system but not entire setups. I am pretty new to this and have no clue what all I would need. I have harnesses I can use, but I was wondering if anyone new where I could buy a complete trap setup double or not. Also, has anyone experimented with substituting something homemade for a trapeze?

Thanks

Any Hobie dealer can help you out.

You need trapeeze wires, rings (dogbones), rope, rope stoppers, and bungee cord and a harness. That's it. It's a very simple system.

What are you trying to make homemade? The wires? The rope? The harness? It's not worth it. Just buy the stuff. Its an extremely simple system, it doesn't cost that much, and it will last for years.

There is no Hobie dealer anywhere close, but with the parts list you gave I will just order the parts online. Thanks for your help.

If you read the catalog carefully, especially the parts diagrams in the back, you should be able to put it together.
