I am restoring an early 80's H16 and have the soft topsides repaired. Next are there readily available templates for the hull bottoms to correct for years of beach sand?

Then getting ready to refinish and plan on using Awlgrip or Imron for the hulls. What is the best coating for the rudders?

I would like to cleanup the topside hardware, anyone have the tramp frame, rudder hardware, mast and boom powder coated?

Oh yeah, one more question... Should I caulk the pylon to hull joints?

What kind of rudders do you have? White Lexan/plastic or Black EPO fiberglass?

Even powder coating has a tough time sticking to anodized aluminum.

Yes you do want to seal your hull/pylon joints
