I have an older 70's 16 and I'm upgrading the front crossbar and the corner castings to eliminate the old jib traveler system and move to the integrated system. I'm looking at the corner castings on Murray's and West Coast Sailing (http://www.westcoastsailing.net/default ... right.html) and in the picture I don't see the integrated sheave? Is this just a bad picture or is there a different part number that includes the jib sheave?

If they have current stock, then the casting should include the integrated sheave. They've been made that way since the mid '90s, but some retailers may still have old stock (it's not like the things go bad).

You had best ask them before ordering.

The sheave and rivet that holds it are separate parts from the castings. Installed after the casting in on the beam.

60620000 SHEAVE 1"
8011251 RIVET 3/16 x 1-1/8 PH-AL
