Anyone know of a cost effective way to ship a Hobie 16 boom? I see them shipped on ebay. How is it done. Thanks

I think Fedex will ship a boom with there regualr service. its been so long sence Ive shipped a boom I'm not sure how we did it.

Fedex won't, neither will UPS. It'll have to be DHL. Plus, DHL's prices are usually waaaaaaaay cheaper.

A Hobie 16 boom will ship via FedEx "Express" service.

About $80.00 cross country.

FedEx will ship anything for a price. I've shipped ten foot cardboard tubes with lighting system components in them. If you want to protect it, get a tube from a carpet company and wrap in bubble wrap.
