Mounting Hardware for original Bob Mast Float

I was recently given an original Bob Mast Float - but not any of the mounting hardware.
Can anyone tell me what replacement parts I need to order to mount this properly on my old Hobie 16? I have a pre-comp tip mast.

The full sized Bob is pretty big for the 16, but there was a kit with all the hardware.

We don't have all the parts. One is just a PVC pipe as a spacer.

The bearings are in stock as well as rivets and straps... and the shaft.
