My traveller fell out and hit the ground breaking the corner off of my traveller. It has the stainless rollers and not brass. Now I need a replacement. My track is black and not mil-finished. While I doubt my track is the deep variety it is black so I guess there’s a possibility that it was replaced at some point for an upgrade and for some reason and older style traveller was installed at some point prior to me purchasing the boat. Does anyone know the depth measurements or the different tracks? Additionally are the tracks aluminum or stainless?

Fell out? The cars are captive. Just wondering how?

If they put on a deep track that likely would have gotten the brass wheel car too. I suspect you have the shallow, but here is the spec: .156 inch for the original / .25 for the newer (1/4")

106 LOWER ROLLER UNIT

I agree that the track is likely for part 106. I guess some thinner tracks were black too. It fell out when I took the corner casting off. I dumped the traveller right on the concrete and broke the corner letting the first set of rollers fall out. I’m sending all the aluminum off for re anodizing.

Thanks for the specs. I’ll go measure.
