So theres this crack at left front of tramp. where the tramp fabric is inserted. How the hell did it occur? and should i run or is it not a big deal?. its a 94 hobie 16. new to imgur not sure if photo worked . thank you!

Looks like when they spread the track (to create the insertion point for the tramp rope) the metal got weakened and subsequently corroded. Not a big deal but annoying, yes.

If you have access to or know a fabricator with a TIG or MIG welder you could fill it with Aluminum and grind flat

It may be worth drilling a small hole at the end of the crack line so as to prevent further risk of the crack migrating.
