Good evening everyone,

After a tornado destroyed my '81 H16 on Tuesday evening, I am looking at swapping in my spare set of hulls. They are in good shape, with basically no delamination, except for extra holes on the forward pylons where they were mated to a different casting. How much of a structural concern is this given that the casting to pylon connection is more or less a friction fit? I have access to scrap pylons, masts, crossbars, rails, etc. and some friends who are talented TIG welders. What would be the repair procedure to fill the upper hole if one is needed?
