Hobie Hull Numbers from scribed to stamped

I just purchased a H-16 that does not have the hand scribed hull number on either hull. This boat has a 3 number marking on the Port hull. I have owned several H-16's and this is the first time I have seen the 3 digit hull number. The boat has straight/adjustable lower tiller arms, the Black EPO rudders and white hulls with a red stripe. Possibly a nationals boat? I had California Registation numbers on it originally. Having been parked on a ranch in souther california for some time the boat is in fair condition but far from great!
