What do I need to upgrade my 2014 V2 drive to a GT drive? And where is the most cost effective place to get the parts?

You just need GT drums, sprockets and the idler to go full GT.

Thank you! My closest hobie dealer had no one on staff today that could tell me that information or give me a price.

One other question. I’ve been seeing the base of the 180 drive for a little over $300. Could mine be converted to the 180 drive down the road if I decided I wanted to?

To go 180 requires new masts, fins, and the spine... yes... possible.

For pricing use the parts lookup tool with "GT" as the text:

https://www.hobie.com/parts-and-accessories/?q=GT&hPP=20&idx=ItemGroup&p=0&is_v=1

Looks like $160 ish. Two drums, two sprockets and one idler.
