Hobie,

I noticed that the black scupper sleeves are not symmetrically inserted into the scupper holes. The starboard sleeves protrude from the bottom of the hull more than the port sleeves. They also do not appear to be seated at the top of the scupper "collar"

Will this cause problems?

Likely would not turn one more half-turn without bottoming out. They have to stop with the oval shape facing side to side, as these are.
