Is there a manual anywhere that shows how to replace the crossbar for the ctw seat on the 2022 Hobie outback? I received another one for a warranty claim but I'm not sure if I understand how to replace it.

Does it look like this? If so, there are a few screws on each end of the gear assemblies. They are inside the rack (the black box). You can move the gear assembly up and down to have better access to the screws. Once all the screws are removed you'll be able to pull the rack out and the gear assembly with it.
