Hi All! I was out fishing yesterday and noticed my 180 mirage drive was feeling a bit off. When I got back to the shore I found the idler cable was frayed, which seems like an easy fix. But I’m wondering if there’s a bigger issue because the whole right side of the assembly is very easy to move off of the drive shaft. Like I can see grease etc on the inside of the plate. I took it apart and can’t find anything obviously wrong. Has this happened to anyone? I appreciate any help? I'm located on Long Island and trying to fish the rest of the fall run!
