I had a 2020 Hobie Outback delivered and I am missing these seat parts circled in the picture.
What are these for and should they have been included? I don't have the bolts for those parts on the seat either.

Those are not part of the Outback seat... the image wouldn't be current - they originally had them - for only a couple hundred early boat - but we took them off - because they aren't needed - the seat cannot drop down low enough to give a pinch point - you'll notice they are not shown in the manual at all... but there are still some old images around that show early boats from early photo shoots. Sorry about the confusion.
