I recently bought a 2020 outback and was wondering what upgrades people have purchased for/ done to them.

I don't fish so all upgrades concerning fishing really won't help me at all. I typically go out with my dog who weighs 60 lbs and I'm around 260 lbs. so i wanted something that had a higher weight capacity.

I have purchased the cart, bimini, and liner for the front hold. I also purchased a waterproof bed for my dog to lie on that's lays down in the cargo area.

the main things I'd like to do is add lighting to the kayak for night/dusk outings, do I go with adding a battery and whole lighting system or are there some good light kits that are self contained.

If I need to add a battery for adequate lighting, is there a good way to put a stereo system on the kayak as well and any recommendations for which system works the best fro this.

Since I'm not going to be fishing with the kayak, is there something else I can do with the mechanism for the transducer.

Self contained lighting

As far as a stereo get a water proof Bluetooth speaker that's what I have used. I stream from my phone

Nothing to do with guardian transducer if you aren't using a fishfinder

The wheels are a great addition and it's great that the wheels can fit on top of the kayak in the scupper holes while kayaking paddling/pedaling. Just get the bigger wheels if you plan on wheeling them through the sand.
