I'm using a H14 mast and boom on a home built trimaran. Where is the "Home position" for the boom/gooseneck on the mast relative to the mast extrusion base. I'm measuring for a set of custom fitted sails, and the home position is needed as a base for the luff, with additional positioning with the downhaul. Much obliged and thanks for any direct measurement.

On a new sail, the gooseneck should easily go into the luff track opening, but some downhaul should be required to pull it down where it's completely inside the luff track itself.
