i have a h14 that im making into a turbo but i have noticed that on the internet the h14 turbos have there side rigging attached to the hulls? do i need to do that?if yes then how and i have noticed that when i am sailing the side bars that the side rigging is atached to it flexexc up a bit when im sailing... is that normal?

14 Turbos do not have the shrouds attached to the hulls. What you're probably seeing are Hobie 16s.

Some flex in the sidebars is OK.
