FL - Need wisdom on best N.E. Fla. spots for AI sailing

Can anyone advise as to the better spots for putting in my Hobie mirage adventure Island here in N.E. Fla?

I'm a long time Jacksonville resident but haven't sailed here in my hometown yet, and I've only had the boat out once (near Tampa). I don't want to fight a bad current, want good wind and water depth in a low traffic area of the river or a local lake. I was thinking about Green Cove Springs, or the St. John's near Exchange club island or Goat Island, possibly....maybe St. Augustine if there's not any dangers involved.

Recommendations?

Nassau Sound. Launch from Dee Dee Bartels. It is a busy boat ramp but extremely wide. You can launch 3 boats at once there
