Hey all,

Both my 14 and 18 have all the original Seaway main and jib blocks. They're dull, chalky, and generally old looking. Has anyone ever attempted to clean these things up a bit? Or even tried waxing them or anything? I'm just curious if and what people have tried, and how it turned out. I don't race so I'm not keen on dumping 100's of $$ into new Harken blocks, but as long as I'm cleaning up the rest of the boats it might be nice to spiff up the blocks a bit.

Any and all thoughts are most welcome. Thanks!
