Recentely purchased a Hobie 16 for sons to sail next summer. Definetly a "fixer upper" but everything seems to be there and sails are in great shape. Boat looks like it has sat unused for most of its life, but a some time has sat in water for a time. Original color looks yellow, but has a red finish that is popping off below water line. Top portion of hulls seem okay, red is just wearing off.
My problem is delamination on port hull on outer and inner side. Outer delam doesn't seem to abnormal, but inner is preety bad. Marked out at about 36" long and goes pretty well from top to bottom of hull. Outer skin deflects in about 3/8" in center, but does seem to bottom out. see pictures below:

My questions are:Will delam procedure on this site fix the large delam on inner side of hull. How best to repair blisters. And lastly assuming proper repair is doable, the way to seal, prime and refinish hulls? Starboard hull seems pretty solid just alittle paint popping here and there. Thanks in advance for time and trouble in this matter.
